On January 1, 2026 the UC Merced Code of Student Conduct was updated to add the required changes provided to UC Merced by the UC Office of the President (UCOP). These changes will be reflected in the UC Merced Student Handbook and specifically affect section 600.00 and 700.00 of the handbook. This revised handbook will available on this webpage. The previous handbook will still be available on our website until further notice.
